We've used our office demo as both a headlamp & makeshift bike headlight for months through the winter of '08. In fact the light has been strapped to the handlebars of the boss' mountain bike for most of that time. Rain, sleet, freezing temperatures (in Canada), and it functions perfectly.
It is tough to imagine a better value in hands-free lighting.
