Fantastic fire starter tinder that works in all weather conditions. Waterproof tinder is ideal for use with magnesium alloy flint strikers.
Take a piece of waterproof tinder. Press firmly to flatten. Pull the tinder apart to create fuzzy fibers that will be easy to light with sparks. Place the shredded tinder under other kindling, and light with sparks from your flint bar or lighter (flints & lighters not included obviously).
