Hinderer Rescue
The award winning emergency responder, search & rescue knife
By Gerber Blades (1534)
It took a fire fighter with a genius for knife design to conceive this feature-rich rescue knife. And Rick Hinderer did himself proud.
The Hinderer design integrates some of the most important features an emergency responder or search & rescue will need. Even while wearing turn-out gloves, using this knife will not be an issue. The knife has larger, beefier features and mechanisms built-in. This is no ordinary rescue knife.
Features include...
• Hook cutter
• Safely slices seatbelts
• Window punch
• Oxygen tank valve opener
• Hex & standard driver toolkit

This is the second major award for the Hinderer, which also won an International Knife Award earlier in 2006.
