Why do we think that the Nature Pure will exceed your expectations? Simple. The Nature Pure is more than just a micro filtration system. It goes two steps beyond to qualify as a fully certified water 'Purifier'. This means that while tap mounted charcoal filters & reverse osmosis tanks can remove dirt, sediment, foul tastes, odors, and some chemicals, the Nature Pure does more. The Nature Pure also removes bacteria, viruses, and a broader spectrum of chemical & metal contaminants. The only systems that exceed its performance in terms of flow rates are the Seagull X1, X2 & X6 products also by General Ecology.
The purification system
General Ecology's unique "Structured Matrix" utilizes three natrual, non-chemical mechanisms to purify your water better than any other technology. The Ultrafine Cartridge microstrains down to 0.1 micron (0.4 absolute) - small enough to remove Giardia, cryptosporidia, and harmful bacteria. A broad spectrum molecular capture process removes chlorine, foul tastes and odors, along with specific pesticides, herbicides and solvents. Electrochemical separations then remove colloids and other particles even smaller than those removed by ultrafine microstraining.
Due to this combined effectiveness, Nature Pures are certified to meet the EPA Guide Standard for Microbiological Puriiers against bacteria, cysts, and viruses. Click here to view a performance comparison chart.
Three installation versions
Nature Pure purifiers can be purchased in any of three configurations to meet your installation requirements...
NP1 : Undersink Model
Features chrome faucet & compact, hide-away undersink canister with quick connect water lines. Water is provided from the Nature Pure faucet on demand. Requires a mounting hole in the sink or countertop.
NPD : Countertop Model
Probably the most commonly selected configuration. Includes a simple diverter hose connection from the end of your existing faucet to the purifier & back again. All you have to do is thread the valve to your faucet, and you are ready to let the cleanest water flow directly from your tap on demand
NPL : Inline Model
Some situations demand that purified water flow at all times. This is where the Inline model finds its utility. Connect the pressure vessel between the cold water intake and your faucet, and you have purified water at all times. Quick connect line included.
The Nature Pure features:
- Quick & easy connection lines
- Complete installation hardware package
- Pressure vessel & cartridge
- Double-locking mounting bracket
- Faucets are lead-free with lifetime ceramic disks.
