Utilizing renowned GPS technology, the Timex Ironman Triathlon Speed+Distance System utilizes a network of global positioning satellites to precisely track how far and how fast you are running, biking, rowing or skiing. Anytime. Anywhere in the world.

The Timex Ironman Speed & Distance System consists of two pieces: a GPS receiver & watch that are wirelessly connected by a radio signal. The receiver scans the skies for satellite signals & transmits precise speed, distance, & pace readings to the watch in real time.

The system is designed with a very sensitive GPS antenna to work in city, forest & other environments where the view of the sky is not perfectly clear - environments where many GPS units will not work properly. It never requires calibration, & is not affected by the ambient terrain, surface, or speed of the wearer.

The Watch

The GPS Sensor
