The RL-4 is built around 3 bright white LED's, and a single red LED for preserving your eyes' night vision. This latest in headlamp technology pushes white light out to 50 feet (15m) for up to 45 hours from three AAA batteries, with power save mode run times up to 90 hours.

The Brunton RL4 has been designed for hikers, campers, fishers, hunters, & spelunking. Features such as a mode cycle switch that starts at the lowest power save level to conserve battery power. The red LED protects your night vision by using a wavelength that does not cause your eyes to continually have to make drastic adjustments between the illuminated area and surrounding dark. A water resistant, anti-reflective body with tilting head makes the RL4 complete.

The Brunton RL4 is rated at 0.3 Watts, with a wide angle beam that is ideal for close-up work, campsite prep, climbing, spelunking, walking, & field work. The unit offers power save, bright, ultra-bright & flash modes in addition to the red LED mode.
