154CM Stainless Blade Steel

This is a 440C variation that is very close to ATS34 steel. Compared to 440C (more common tool & blade steel), it is more stain resistant, tougher and has better attainable hardness and edge retention. This steel is the knife maker's "stock in trade". 154CM is a small jump in price but a large jump in performance over 440C.
