Self-Powered

The Voyager Pro KA600 comes with a High quality AC type brushless generator. Flip out the handle, and crank it for a minute or two to get up to 30 minutes of radio. The solar panel powers the radio by itself in direct summer sunlight, and charges the built-in NiMh rechargeable batteries as well. To maximize the sunlight exposure, the solar panel is able to tilt.

LED Lamp

On the bottom side of the solar panel is a 5 LED reading lamp that provides reading or emergency lighting when needed. The radio also has a multi-function LED flashlight built into the side of the unit.

USB Charger

The radio is designed to charge many small electronic items from a built-in USB port jack. Plug in any of your standard USB enabled gadgets like your iPod or cellphone via their USB sync cables to take advantage of the Voyager's charging system.

Weather Band

The 7 Band Weather radio is precise, and enables you to receive the hazard alert signals & standard reports from the weather service in your area.
