After placing an order with us by phone, or online, you will receive an order confirmation via email outlining your purchase. Please review the order confirmation email to ensure that it is accurate. We allow changes to orders within 24 hours of placing them. So if you change your mind, or decide to add to your order, or change shipping methods, we can usually make the necessary changes.

Your order is processed by a real person, double-checked, and packed carefully for shipping the following business day by the method you choose.
