JAM72D30-550/MB Design Features

144-Half-Cut Cells
This new format results in lower module voltage. This in turn means higher-output long-series module strings in ground mount systems.

More Power per Square Meter
These big modules provide economy of scale. More power per square meter, and lower material costs.

11-BusBar PERC Cells
State-of-the-art PERC cells, in half-cut format, provide exceptional performance in partial shade & a rated module efficiency of 21.2%.

Why JA Solar?

JA Solar ticks both boxes when it comes to choosing the best modules for our clients. A quick explainer: Modern Outpost has two key criteria when choosing solar module brands...

1. They must participate in 3rd party reliability testing.
Often referred to as randomized HALT testing, a 3rd party standards lab will take a module off the assembly line at random and run it through 'Highly Accelerated Life Testing'. Through this testing, the module is subjected to repeated extremes in temperatures, humidity, physical stresses, and more. Not only must the brands we carry participate, but we look for 'Top Performer' status.
Check out the PVEL/KIWA website for complete information

2. Commitment to responsible manufacturing
The SVTC Solar Scorecard was the original attempt to rank manufacturers according to their commitments to ethical labour practices, recycling, waste reduction, and more. Here is a link to the last published ScoreCard for your reference: 2018-19 SVTC Solar Scorecard.
We are looking forward to the emergence of other similar resources that hold the industry to the highest standards, and will always choose to work with manufacturers that are forward-thinking.

Who Is JA Solar?

Founded in 2005, JA Solar is a manufacturer of high-performance photovoltaic products. With 12 manufacturing bases and more than 20 branches around the world, the company's business covers silicon wafers, cells, modules and photovoltaic power stations.
