The big JAM66D45-625/LB is a 625W Bifacial N-Type TopCon Solar Module by JA Solar. One of the largest modules on the market, primarily designed to optimize costs/watt in commercial and industrial applications. But, having said that, it can also be a good fit for some residential applications where ground mounting of the array is the plan.
With a cell efficiency approaching 26%, this module will provide maximum yield.
