Connecting to the P3 Dynamo AC 600…
The first is the P3 Dynamo AC 600 Lithium kit. Affordable, rugged, and built with premium components and the P3 solar panels in mind, so this is plug & play with P3 cable accessories.
Or, consider the popular Goal Zero Yeti 1250 or Yeti 1400 Lithium.
Connecting to the Yeti 1250…
Via the Yeti 8mm input port, you will need the following connectors: P3 SAE to 2.5mm Barrel, and the Voltaic K-Tip (2.5mm>7.9mm). This port accepts 160W max.
Via the Yeti’s Anderson Power Port input port, you will need the following connectors: P3 SAE to Ring Terminals, MC4 connector set, Goal Zero MC4 to Anderson cable.
Cut the O-rings off the P3 cable and crimp-on the MC4 connectors (IMPORTANT-POLARITY MUST BE PRESERVED!).
Connecting to the Yeti 1400 Lithium…
The Yeti 1400 Lithium has a lower input voltage range, and although it can handle larger input wattage solar panels, the voltage needs to be managed.
Use the 7A Charge Controller for a simple solution.
